Cooking Instructions
 

  1. Rinse rice and lentils thoroughly.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat.
  3. Add cumin seeds and cook until fragrant.
  4. Stir in garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
  5. Add rice, lentils, spinach, salt, turmeric, black pepper, and water.
