Cooking Instructions
 

  1. Rinse lentils under cold water.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat.
  3. Add chopped onion and cook until soft.
  4. Stir in garlic and cook briefly.
  5. Add sliced carrots and mix well.
  6. Add lentils and vegetable broth.
  7. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat.
  8. Simmer for 25-30 minutes until lentils are tender.
