  • 3 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped

Cooking Instructions
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and cook until softened.
  3. Stir in garlic, carrots, and rosemary and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Add lentils, water, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 25 minutes until lentils are tender.
  6. Remove from heat and sprinkle parsley before serving.
