Cooking Instructions
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. In a bowl, combine flour, salt, sugar, and baking powder.
  3. Add yogurt and olive oil and mix into a soft dough.
  4. Divide dough into portions and shape into oval flat breads with slightly raised edges.
  5. Place on a baking sheet and fill centers with shredded cheese and diced tomatoes.
  6. Bake for 12 minutes until dough begins to set.
  7. Remove from oven, crack an egg into each center, and return to oven for 6 to 8 minutes until eggs are set.
  8. Remove and sprinkle parsley before serving.
