Ingredients
  

  • 1 large head cauliflower cut into florets
  • 2 tbsp butter or olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ¼ cup milk or plant-based milk
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions
 

  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Add cauliflower and cook for 12-15 minutes, until very tender. Drain well.
  3. In a saucepan, gently warm butter (or oil) and sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
  4. Add cauliflower and milk.
  5. Mash or blend until smooth and creamy.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper.
  7. Serve warm.

Drain cauliflower very well to avoid excess water
