Mashed cauliflower blended smooth and creamy with garlic. A light Let’s Veg side dish perfect for comforting, everyday meals.

- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
- Add cauliflower and cook for 12-15 minutes, until very tender. Drain well.
- In a saucepan, gently warm butter (or oil) and sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
