Cooking Instructions
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Place cabbage steaks on a baking sheet.
  3. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
  4. Roast for 25 minutes until tender.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the cabbage steaks.
  6. Return to oven and bake for 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
  7. Remove from oven and sprinkle parsley and thyme before serving.
