Before filing any legal claim, both you and Let’s Veg agree to attempt informal resolution through written notice.

If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered in Broward County, Florida, rather than in court.

You Agree That:

You waive the right to a jury trial
You waive the right to participate in class actions
Arbitration is the exclusive remedy except for small claims

This provision survives termination of these Terms.

9. International Users

Users outside the United States access the Services at their own risk and are responsible for complying with local laws.

10. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and Let’s Veg.
If any portion is found invalid, the remainder remains in effect.
