Ingredients
  

  • cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 medium cucumber grated
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill finely chopped (optional)
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Instructions
 

  1. Grate cucumber and squeeze out excess liquid using a clean towel or paper towel.
  2. In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, olive oil, and lemon juice.
  3. Stir in dill if using.
  4. Season with salt to taste.
  5. Mix well until smooth and creamy.
  6. Chill for 15-30 minutes if time allows for best flavor.
  7. Serve cold.
