Cooking Instructions
 

  1. Bring water to a boil in a pot.
  2. Add barley and reduce heat.
  3. Simmer for 25 minutes until tender.
  4. Drain if needed and let cool slightly.
  5. Cook peas and carrots until tender, then drain.
  6. Place barley in a large bowl.
