Cooking Instructions
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and cook until soft.
  3. Stir in garlic and cook briefly.
  4. Add diced carrot and cook for a few minutes.
  5. Place artichoke hearts in the pot.
  6. Add peas evenly around the artichokes.
