Ingredients
  

  • 8 cannelloni tubes
  • 1 cup mushrooms finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped

Cooking Instructions
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add onion and cook until soft.
  4. Stir in garlic and cook for one minute.
  5. Add chopped mushrooms and cook until tender.
  6. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  7. Fill cannelloni tubes with mushroom mixture.
  8. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
  9. Stir in flour and cook briefly.
  10. Gradually add milk while stirring until sauce thickens.
  11. Season with salt and black pepper.
  12. Spread a little sauce in a baking dish.
  13. Place filled cannelloni in the dish.
  14. Pour remaining sauce over the pasta.
  15. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
  16. Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden.
  17. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
