Method
- Preheat the Oven
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper if desired.
- Season the Cauliflower
- Place cauliflower florets in a large bowl.
- Drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Toss well until evenly coated.
- Roast
- Spread florets in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping once halfway through, until golden brown and tender with crisp edges.
- Finish & Serve
- Remove from oven.
- Finish with a squeeze of lemon or a sprinkle of herbs if desired.
- Serve hot or warm.
Notes
Extra crispy: don’t overcrowd the pan
Spiced version: add cumin, paprika, or chili flakes
Meal prep: keeps 3–4 days in the fridge
Serve with: tahini sauce, hummus, or over grain bowls
