- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk pumpkin purée, sugar, eggs, milk, spices, and salt until smooth.
- Pour filling into the prepared pie crust and smooth the top.
- Bake 50–55 minutes, until the center is just set and a knife comes out mostly clean.
- Let cool completely before slicing.
- Serve plain or with whipped cream or plant-based topping.
