- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium heat.
- Brush peach halves lightly with olive oil.
- Place peaches cut-side down on the grill.
- Grill for 3-4 minutes until grill marks form.
- Flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Remove peaches from grill.
- Place burrata on a serving plate.
- Arrange grilled peaches around the burrata.
- Drizzle with honey if using and season lightly.
- Top with fresh basil and serve.
