- Heat grill or grill pan to medium-high.
- Prepare the Avocados
- Brush cut sides lightly with olive oil.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
- Place avocados cut-side down on the grill.
- Grill 3–4 minutes, until grill marks appear and flesh softens slightly.
- Remove from grill and place on a serving plate.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze.
- Add herbs or optional toppings if desired.
- Serve warm.
