- Add Brussels sprouts and sauté for 6-8 minutes, until tender and lightly browned.
- Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in vegetable broth and cream, stirring to combine.
- Simmer for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Add cooked gnocchi and toss gently to coat in the sauce.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
- Serve warm with grated Parmesan or nutritional yeast if desired.
