- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the Celery Root
- Peel celery root thoroughly and cut into thin fry-shaped sticks.
- Place fries in a bowl.
- Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, and any optional seasonings.
- Spread fries in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Roast 30–35 minutes, flipping once halfway, until golden and crisp at the edges.
- Serve hot with your favorite dip or alongside a main dish.
