- Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
- Add sliced garlic and fry gently until golden and crisp. Remove garlic and set aside.
- Increase heat to medium-high and add bok choy to the same oil.
- Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, until stems are tender-crisp and leaves are wilted.
- Add soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Toss well.
- Transfer to a serving dish and top with fried garlic. Serve immediately.
