- Chill 10 minutes if mixture feels soft.
- Pan-cook: Heat a little oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook patties 4-5 minutes per side, until golden.
- Bake: Bake at 400°F (205°C) for 20-25 minutes, flipping once.
- Serve on buns, with your favorite toppings.
