- Prepare the Cauliflower
- Wash and dry cauliflower florets thoroughly.
- In a bowl, whisk flour, water or plant milk, baking powder, salt, pepper, and any optional seasonings until smooth.
- Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C).
- Dip cauliflower florets into batter, letting excess drip off.
- Fry in batches 3–4 minutes, turning once, until golden and crisp.
- Remove place in a rosted tray for extra crispy.
- Serve hot.

Extra crispy: add a tablespoon of cornstarch to the batter
Air fryer: lightly oil battered florets and cook at 400°F (205°C) for 15–18 minutes
